So, in case you haven’t noticed I am getting into tags, so here is another one. I have seen it around all over the place lately, but I think it is actually pretty old.
I googled it for the questions and got them from Brandie is a book junkie
What is the last book you marked as read?
Well if you have read my latest review you would know that it is Dear Amy!
Even with the little issues mentioned in my review , this really was a great book.
What are you currently reading?
I am about 30% of the way through and so far it is great. I will put a review up when I am done.
What was the last book you marked as “to read”?
I don’t actually do this. When I find a book I like I either add it to my wishlist or buy it. The last book I “bought”, last night, was David Copperfield. I say “bought” because I didn’t exactly buy it, the kindle version is free. I have never read any Dickens so I thought this would be a good place to start.
What book do you plan on reading next?
I haven’t decided yet. It normally depends on how I feel when I finish the previous book. I have a few I am thinking of though.
Do you use the star rating system?
I do, but as I said in this post I think there needs to be more stars, or half stars as other people have suggested.
Are you doing the 2017 reading challenge?
Yes I am! I have set a low-ish goal. I did the same last year but ended up increasing it, so will probably do the same this year. I am currently ahead of schedule!
Do you have a wishlist?
Yes, I have a massive wishlist on Amazon. Whenever I see a book I like, on blogs, BookTube, buzzfeed, in shops etc. it goes straight on my wishlist.
What book do you plan on buying next?
Something from my wishlist! It will depend on my mood. I don’t always buy everything on my wishlist, I go off some things before I get to them, Lauren Graham’s book is one I am pretty sure I will buy at some point though. I don’t normally read much non-fiction but I just love Gilmore Girls.
What is your favourite quote?
I’m not really sentimental in that way, I don’t mark quotes in my books, at least not yet. A general quote I like is a medical one, by Voltaire.
“The art of medicine consists of amusing the patient while nature cures the disease.”
I don’t really know why I like it, it is true in some cases, but not many!
Who are your favourite authors?
I guess I have two, J.K. Rowling, obviously, and Mitch Albom. I haven’t read all his books, but I love the ones I have, and two of them are some of my favourite books ever!
Are you a part of any goodreads groups?
Nope. I am a member of a couple on Facebook though.
What could goodreads do better?
I’m sure my answer here is the same as everyone else’s, change the star options, more stars, half stars, it doesn’t matter which, just more options!
So, that’s it, another day, another tag. Do you guys know of any other good ones I might like?
Love this! ❤️ You’re on goodreads as well? Mine is goodreads.com/user/show/5793595-jennifer if you’d like to be friends there as well 😊
